  Went for dinner and we were the only ones in the restaurant. My broth was very bland and watered down and I got the brisket which was one tiny slice connected to a massive pile of stringy, veiny fat that I had to pull out without gagging and place on a side plate. My noodles were in a hard clump that was hard to pull apart. Also got a piece of cartilidge or bone in the dumplings that I had to spit out. I had high expectations but this was very disappointing . My husband didn't have any issues, his pho tasted a million times better than mine! Also our waitress barely spoke, forgot to put flank in my pho like I asked, didn't bring us spoons, and she never smiled once.
