  I watched them tell 3 people within 5 minutes that they needed a "power steering flush". Additionally they told us our car "required synthetic", afterwards i checked Honda's site and this was untrue, plus they printed a ticket stating we needed to come in again after 3k miles. On regular oil it's 10k, on synthetic it's closer to 20k... The only good thing i can say is they did actually change the oil (who knows if it's actually synthetic)
