  I have lived at Echelon Glen for 3.5 years. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The rent has become outrageous - $1100 for a 650 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment! They are totally capitalizing on the great location and good school district. Our unit was not in great shape when we moved in, and we've had a series of issues since then. I won't go into detail about the many problems we had early on because management has changed since then.
  
  Since the change in management, I have put in numerous maintenance requests. Most of the time, I do not receive a call back. I put in a request about our heat not working properly over a month ago, and no one ever contacted us or came by. It seems like that unless there is an emergency that could damage the unit (ex: something is leaking and your apartment is flooded), no one cares.
  
  I feel as though the part of the complex I am located in is neglected by the management. The washers in our building have been broken for two weeks (not the first time this has happened). There are abandoned cars in our parking lot that never get towed. During the big snow storm last week, a tenant actually shoveled a lot of the sidewalk himself. No one from maintenance shoveled or salted until the next day, and even then, they didn't bother to salt or shovel the snow-covered steps of our building.
  
  I signed the lease for this apartment with my husband--we were unmarried when we moved in, and we still have different last names. The new management only addresses mail/lease renewal forms/emails to my husband. I am not even listed on any paperwork from them. I find this to be incredibly sexist and infuriating on multiple levels. Two people signed the lease, two people with different last names. All communication, especially lease renewal forms, should be addressed to ALL lessees, not just the man.
  
  Although I would not recommend this complex, I will say that it is a safe place to live with a convenient location (why I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1). Those are really the only positive things I can say at this point.

  I have been living here for about 3 plus years and the new management is really great with their services and commitment. This community is very clean, good maintenance and the roads in the complex are well cared for in bad weather. The staff is very efficient, friendly & professional. Easy commute to Philly and all major shopping outlets and totally a safe place to live with family & kids. No wonder why the school rating is so better in this township. I would recommend this complex to my friends & family because we love living here and want them to be part of our joy (also by saving us gas when we visit them each time..lol)
